Sleepy

After the going away party, I was so sleepy..........Dad unstrapped me from my carseat and got me all the way to bed before he had to leave to check on the fish for the night. zzzzzzzzz................

Logan

Logan helped me eat dinner at the Peking restaurant. Some of it I wanted, and the rest ended up on the floor. Almost the same as when Mom and Dad feed me!

Going Away Party

Dad's co-workers and friends threw a going-away wild game dinner at the Peking restaurant. They even bought Dad a new fishing pole to catch steelhead in Orofino. Dad thinks they just want a fishing pole when they come to visit!

Helping Mom

Mom always needs help around the house. I sorted out the bathroom drawers to save her time. You can thank me later, Mom!

Linguine

While Mom and Dad were busy with the yard sale, I helped Jetta get the Linguine out. Actually, that's Dad's story, I think he spilled it himself!
In any case, Jetta was pretty happy!

Drinking with Dad

Dad taught me how to drink milk and water at the same time. Wow, Dad, thanks for teaching me that life skill!

Jetta and Butters

Jetta and Butters (Jeremy and Miranda's puppy) had tons of fun playing in the snow. Mom, why can't I play with the puppies???

The Yard Sale

The Yard Sale was two days long. We had tons of fun and met lots of new friends. Tyler, Beth, and Erica (our neighbors) came over to help with selling all our treasures. Afterwards, we only had 3 boxes of stuff left and it all fit in Mom's car to take to the Thrift Store donations. Yard Sales are so fun, I think we should have one every weekend!

Yard Sale Day

We woke up on yard sale day to cold weather! It snowed the day before and the temperature was only 15 F. Dad wasn't worried, real garage salers wouldn't miss a garage sale for a little snow and sub-freezing temperatures. Mom didn't share his same viewpoint!

No more Daycare Friends

Mom, told me I have to say goodbye to all my friends at daycare............WAIT, leave me here in Hagerman!

More Snow!

Dad said that Orofino has more snow than Hagerman. Dad, are you sure we want to move there?

How far is it?

Dad told me I'll have to be ready for a long drive to Orofino; the trip will be over 7 hours. No sweat Dad, I went to California this summer!

We're moving!

I heard we are only two weeks away from moving to Orofino. Wow, this is so exciting! Our new address will be:

27 Sockeye Drive

Orofino, ID 83544

The moving truck is scheduled to show up on March 14th and then we'll be off to our new adventure!

Can I ride in this box on the trip?

What are these?

How come I never get to play with these?

I can walk!

Okay, so I need a little help from Mom, but I stood by myself this week for an entire 3 1/2 seconds! Mom is hoping I start walking soon, before I wear the knees out of all my clothes from crawling everywhere.

The Long Drive Home

We drove back home on Monday. Miranda and Mom played with me in the back while Dad navigated and Jeremy drove. Mom is sure happy have me home and in my own crib. All the kids at the cabin in McCall were so fun that I didn't want to sleep there and miss anything!

The Big Fish!

Dad and all the other boys fished all weekend on President's Day. I fished for 2 hours on Saturday and I caught as many fish as Dad! Papa Virgil was the only person that caught a fish, but it was a big one! Where's yours, Dad?????

Fishing Shirt

Let me at those fish!

Any Questions?

Vigilantes Restaurant

On the way up to McCall, Idaho we stopped at Vigilantes Restaurant in Donnelly to eat. The waitress thought I was cute and when she found out my name was Harley............well, you get the picture.

Our Big Fishing Trip

Okay, I've got my fishing clothes on, when do we go?? Can I take these blocks with?

Jetta's Musrkat

Mom, Jetta, and I were helping Dad finish pumping the Oster Lake ponds on the Valentine's Day afternoon. While we were standing on the dock, Jetta found a muskrat to play with. However, the muskrat wasn't in a playful mood so it bit Jetta on the nose. Jetta came running back to us bleeding everywhere. Mom wasn't happy. She told me that I never get to play with muskrats!

Valentine's Day

Dad made Mom and I stickers all over the house on Valentine's Day. Are these the scratch and eat kind?

Cracker Time

I love crackers! Can I have some more Dad? Please, I put my favorite bib on!

Bath Time

Mom and I spent an hour in the bathroom today. Mom finally thinks I'm over my fear of water. Dad thinks I finally just gave in after the relentless torture. Well, maybe the water isn't that bad after all......but only once a month!

Lunch Time

I got to spend all day Saturday with Dad. We had so much fun! At lunch he fed my spaghettios. I think you missed a spot on my forehead; could you put some sauce there too?

Butters the Puppy

Jeremy and Miranda brought home a new chocolate lab puppy this week. I had a blast watching Jetta and Butters play with each other. When Butters barks, I can't stop laughing. The more I laugh, the more they bark and wrestle. Mom let me watch from the safety of the my stroller, she said it wasn't a good idea to play with Butters yet.

Packing with Dad

I helped Dad pack up his prized possessions today. Mom says we might need a garbage truck instead of moving truck for Dad's "prizes". Dad told me that Mom is silly!

I helped Dad count all of his duck decoys. I lost track after 1, but Dad claimed that he has 171 decoys. I'm not supposed to tell Mom that! Dad did decide that some decoys could go to Jeremy's house for safe keeping and some could even go in the moving sale. Good job, Dad!

Tired Mom

Mom was tired after the superbowl..........hey.........aren't you supposed to sleep with Dad, not Jetta?

Packers Win!

We went to the Chapman's superbowl party. We had to leave just before the game ended (it was my bedtime), but I had fun while we were there. Personally, I thought the commercials were better than the game, but Dad was excited that they won!

Wait!

Wait!!! Are you sure this is safe???? It looks like Mom is having too much fun!

Piggy Back Ride

Gitty up, Mommy!

Go Packers!

Mom, Dad, and I dressed up for the big game. Who are the Packers? Where are we going?

Can I take this tasty leaf with me?

My New Towel

Now I have my own towel. And no, I still don't like baths!

The Hair Brush

What is this thing again?
