Fishing with Dad

Dad doesn't give up easily.  We had to try fishing one last time this morning before we left for home.  It was so windy, we had to sit in the sled!  We tried, but we didn't catch anything.  Next time, Dad!

The Big Fish

Jeremy and Becky both caught lake trout.  Dad missed a fish that bit three times and Virgil missed one too.  Ben, Josh, Robbie, me, Mom, and Emy didn't even get a bite.  Dad has still never caught a lake trout - what's the big deal Dad?  Don't you have 4 million fish back at home to look at?

Playing in the Snow

There was lots of snow in McCall.  We had a blast sliding and crawling through the snow tunnels we made behind the house.  Yipee!!!!

Bumble Bee Birthday

McCall

We went to McCall this weekend to visit our old Hagerman friends.  Around the table (clockwise) is Me, Robbie, Kolby, Emersyn, Marissa, and Thatcher.  Addalyn was missing in this picture because she was taking a nap (she's still a baby).

We rented a house in McCall for all of us to stay in.  There were so many kids, it was fun the whole time!

We had Thatcher and Emy's 2-year birthday party there too.  They both dressed up with bumble bee hats.  It was so funny!

Trapping with Dad

Dad decided to take us raccoon trapping.  I don't know what raccoon trapping is, but Jetta sure liked the bait and we liked playing at night with our headlamps on!  On the way back home (we walked across the parking lot), Dad built us a snow fort with his bucket.  It was soooo much fun!

Squash

Dad said we couldn't have dessert until Emy finished her squash.  She must be like her Great Grandpa - hated squash!  Well, I like dessert, so you're going to eat this stuff, Emy!  Open wide!

New Hats!

Aunt Ellen sent us new hats for Valentine's Day!  And a great book!  Thank you so much!  We love them!

Babies

We love our new babies that Mom gave us!  Grandma saved them from when Mom was a little girl!

Snowman!

We've had a busy year so far!  Grandma and Grandpa's visit was the highlight of January!  We miss them already.  Dad has been busy at work a lot after he and Mom got back from Phoenix.  We are getting ready for a vacation to McCall next weekend with our friends, Josh and Cassie, Jeremy and Miranda, Virgil and Becky, and Ben and Marissa.  We can't wait.   The following weekend Mom and Dad are co-chairing the Orofino Ducks Unlimited banquet.

We've already started planning a trip to North Dakota in April - hopefully it stops snowing by then!
