Mom surprised Dad for their 5-year Anniversary. Dad snuck out of the house on 7/7/12 at 3:30 am to go salmon fishing on "The bridge". At 4:00 am, Dad's boss, Mark, and his son, Nick, came out to the bridge, too. Dad took them back to the house to get another fishing pole for Nick, and they saw a car pull into the driveway. Dad was scratching his head, until he realized it was the babysitter..........
Mom made breakfast for all the old codgers on the bridge and even gave Dad some. Then, Mom even supervised the netting of Dad's 20th salmon. Yep, that's all for Dad, he's caught his season limit of salmon. Wow, Dad, when are we going to eat all of those??
Dad thought is was the best anniversary ever! Mom is still waiting for her real anniversary when Grandma and Grandpa come to visit in September!
