Playing in the Park
We had a park just one block from our "cabin". I had a fun on the merry-go-round, although Dad just about lost his cookies!
The Fair
The Fair was in town! I didn't want to ride any rides, but I did want a pretty pink starfish stuffed animal. Dad couldn't say "no", so I got to play the go fish game!
Getting the Bikes together
Wow! Good thing the Hiawatha trail is 15 miles of downhill with a shuttle back to the beginning! We have a lot of stuff!
Father's Day Present
Dad was pretty excited about his Father's Day weekend until he found out what was in his bag.........he said, "do we really have to wear these dorky bike helmets?" What's "dorky" mean, Dad?
Father's Day Surprise
Mom took Dad and us on a Father's Day surprise weekend. We didn't know much, only that we needed bikes and it was three hours away. We left on Friday afternoon and made it almost to Kendrick (1 hour away) before Emy vomited her dinner all over the truck!
Mom just about lost her dinner too before Dad pulled over. After we got Emy cleaned up, Mom realized that she forgot our clothes in a duffle bag at home! So, we drove back to Orofino to give Emy a bath and get more clothes. Needless to say, our 3 hour car trip turned into 5 hrs and we were really late getting to our surprise cabin in Wallace, Idaho.
The first day we biked on the Hiawatha bike trail. Emy and I got to ride in bike trailers. We had so much fun. The Hiawatha bike trail has 7 tunnels. The first tunnel is 1.6 miles long! Mom gave us glow sticks and flashlights so we wouldn't be scared. It was so much fun! We saw deer, and chipmunks, and even snow on mountains!
Happy Father's Day, Dad!

Bathroom Art
Mom showed me how to draw stick people. I'm not too good at the body yet, but I can draw a head with arms and legs coming out of it!
